You’ve made a sale – yay!
When an order is pushed into our system, it’s assigned to our picking team - either via a packing slip or directly to their PDA - showing exactly where the item is stored and how many units to collect.

The items are then transferred to our despatch area, ready to be packaged for optimal shipping and protection. We provide sustainable packaging by default, or you can use your own custom branded packaging to keep your brand front and centre.

Your order is on its way!
Once packed, we despatch your order through our courier network - 98% go out the same day. Each shipment is automatically routed via the fastest, most cost-effective service and your customers can track it every step of the way.
